If you are a member of an eligible Australian private health fund, you may be able to claim a rebate on your prescription contact lens purchase — even when ordering online.Every order we send includes a fully itemised receipt and our registered provider number. That is everything your health fund needs to process a rebate claim. Depending on your fund, you can claim in store at a branch, online through your fund's member portal, or via their app.
How to Claim Your Rebate
1. Place your order — purchase your prescription contact lenses as normal through Contact Lenses Online2. Receive your invoice — your itemised invoice and provider number will be included with your order
3. Lodge your claim — submit your claim directly with your health fund in store, online, or via their app
